D2L’s annual summer upgrade will be on Friday night, July 5th. This upgrade will provide many changes to the D2L interface.

2013 Publishers Expo: The Future of Academic Course Materials

Wednesday April 17, 3013, 11am to 4pm

The first-ever Publisher’s Expo was created to give faculty an opportunity to learn, discuss, and interact with course material experts and university resource departments. Speakers for the Expo were carefully selected to provide sessions on university services, emerging technologies, and the future of academic course materials.

 

Two Quality Matters Workshops Being Offered; an all-day intro and half day hands on practicum

Heart Anatomy App: Explore and Learn

The OIA is very excited to introduce the Heart Anatomy Explorer I app created by the OIA Applications Team!

Charles Hill took the lead on this project and with photography from Gary Mackender created a wonderful tool for medical students to use throughout their educational career. Dr. Mark Nelson from Pathology approached the OIA with his idea of documenting human organs and presenting them digitally on a smart device and/or computer.
