Dr. Kimme Hea talks about assessment and classroom interactions and embedding assessment into student assignments.  Dr. Kimme Hea describes ways to integrate assessment into writing curriculums, developing meaningful outcomes for students, and having students incorporate the philosophies of assessment and evaluation into their life.  For faculty, integrating a 'culture of assessment' into their teaching is a way to constantly improve instruction.
