4.I don’t seem to be able to
access the audio/video features within Breeze. What do I need to do?
If you are a participant and not a presenter or host then you need to have
access enabled by the presenter or host. Presenter or Hosts: You need
to select user in attendee list, then click on icon located in the lower
right of the attendee list pod. Select "Change
Enhanced Participant's Rights", then select "Camera and Voice
Pod". Microphone: Either push to talk or hold down to talk.

5. I am experiencing audio problems with Breeze, what should I check?
Check the microphone, either push or hold down to talk. Under the Meeting
menu adjust audio/video as needed. If you have an echo there are a number
of potential causes. Either someone is using the speaker for sound instead
of the headset and has their microphone locked on so that when someone is
talking their speaker sound is being picked up by the microphone or someone
is logged in twice to the meeting. To solve the latter problem the
host can select the users name from the participant list and remove them from
the meeting. Also, a slow wireless microphone can create this problem as
well.

6. What should I do when the
PPT or the Screen doesn’t show up?
Have the host/presenter download the plug-in again.

7. I’m the host/presenter and keep getting locked out of the meeting. How
can I fix this?
Try to create a new meeting and/or try accessing the meeting using a
different workstation.
